The end of cross month
Passed a month since our trip to Turkey. It is the end of the month, so it's time summed the activity of March. As previously planned, in March the training need to be emphasized on the tehnical and tactical elements. But I got a shock at leg, and I couldn't made more then slow running. All month I did just cross training without other exercises, I did only training in the forest and three technical trainings. The difference between the first and last week is saw good, comparing the effort what I use to pass the same intervals with same relief per week. The first week was just keeping page workouts (in this period I did the treatment). The second week I ran longe distance, but with the same average pace. The third week I stopped treatment, however the pain didn't stop. Indifferent of this, I added in leght and intensity at trainings. The fourth week was esier (because results of exercises what I made for first time had negative effects). And the last day, 30 march, I ended the moth with a distance of 25 km, and a good news I didn't feel any pains in the leg. Monthly statistics training (source: runkeeper.com - 90% of my real results): Distance: 200,4km Average pace: 5,28 min/km Calories Burned: 15,990 Total Climb: 7,482 m I'm very happy, because I can get back to a shedule.
